Arctic is building a land-based full grow-out facility for Atlantic salmon in Norway. 

Land-based production offers the opportunity to address the growing salmon supply-gap in an innovative and more sustainable way. This includes both improving the welfare of the farmed salmon and reducing environmental impacts relative to traditional sea-based farming. Once operational, Arctic will produce over 8,000 tonnes of high-quality salmon annually for consumer markets. Arctic is supported by an experienced management team and a proven operational partner.

EMK Capital agreed to a majority investment in Arctic in October 2024. EMK’s investment will support construction and operating costs until the first sale of salmon.
