EyeCare Group (“EyeCare”) was created by the acquisition and integration of eight high-end optical and hearing care retail chains in the Netherlands to become the leading high-end optical retail chain in the country.

Each of the eight respective companies and their stores are independent, established, high-end optical and hearing care retail companies, with loyal client bases, high-quality product offerings, as well as experienced and knowledgeable employees.

Further similar and complimentary chains have been added, and will continue to be added, to the Group in a very fragmented market.

EMK Capital initially acquired a majority stake in EyeCare Group (“EyeCare”) in October 2021, from its founders/shareholders who all reinvested alongside us.
