Founded in 1977, L&S is the leading designer and producer of bespoke embedded LED technical lighting systems and solutions for premium residential, commercial and industrial applications. Headquartered in Pordenone, Northern Italy, L&S has a global footprint with production facilities and sales offices in Italy, Germany, the US and China. A large proportion of end products are exported, with international customers generating more than 70% of revenues.

EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in L&S in July 2024 with key management shareholders who invested alongside us. EMK Capital invested in L&S to help enlarge its product and service offering, as well as geographical coverage, via an organic and acquisition-based growth strategy.
