David Longmore is a Leadership Director, based in the London office.

Prior to EMK, David led the portfolio leadership practice at Hanover Investors, a mid-market fund focused on public and private transactions in the UK and Nordics. Before that, he spent 9 years at YSC Consulting, a leadership advisory firm, responsible for building a global private equity practice servicing large-cap and mid-market firms. His primary focus was partnering with investors, Chairs and CEOs to build and develop strong management teams that deliver returns on exit.

David holds a MSc. in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a GDip in Psychology from UWL, and a BA in American Studies from the University of Manchester.

David’s interests include golf, skiing, travel, politics, and wine.
