Erik Geilenkirchen is Chief People Officer and is based in Zürich.

Erik has over 35 years of experience working predominantly in roles to facilitate leadership decisions relating to strategy execution, having started his career at Hay Group.

Erik worked with Edmund Lazarus for more than a decade at Bregal Capital prior to EMK and founded IntelligentBoardRoom which is a leadership technology platform used by conglomerates as well as mid cap businesses.  

Erik holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wageningen University.

His interests include scuba diving and painting.
