Karan Khemka is a Partner at EMK, based in the Singapore office and oversees the work of the EMK Accelerate team.

Prior to joining EMK, Karan founded the International Education Practice at The Parthenon Group (now EY-Parthenon) which grew to become the largest strategic advisor to the education sector globally.

Karan is passionate about the power of education to change lives for the better and serves on the Advisory Board of Phillips Academy Andover and also advises charitable organizations in education such as the Lindau Nobel Foundation.

Karan's other interests include surfing, playing jazz guitar and history.
