Tina leads EMK’s internal talent strategy, leadership development and staffing.

Prior to EMK, Tina was a Partner at YSC Consulting, a leadership advisory firm. She spent 11 years with YSC in London and Berlin. In 2017, Tina was a founding member in setting up the YSC Global Private Equity practice and has since exclusively partnered with numerous Private Equity firms to build and develop their investors and portfolio CEOs and management teams. She was also a member of YSC’s Global Private Equity leadership team.

A Swedish national with Persian heritage, Tina holds a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is an ICF accredited Executive Coach.

Tina’s interests include design, travel, sports, and spending time with her young son and family. She is also a serial hobbyist, whose curiosity finds a new passion every year, be it botany, street photography, DIY, gastronomy or learning a new language.
