In October 2021, EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in EyeCare Group ("EyeCare") from its founders/shareholders who have all reinvested alongside us. Through the acquisition EMK has acquired and integrated eight high-end optical and hearing care retail chains in the Netherlands, creating the leading high-end optical retail chain in the country.
