EMK Capital has been officially recognised by the Science Based Targets initiative ("SBTi") as the first private equity firm to set a science-based target using a portfolio coverage target based on absolute GHG emissions.

SBTi determined EMK's target as the most ambitious designation available, being in line with a 1.5°C trajectory.

As a result, EMK is officially recognised as part of the community of companies and financial institutions that are taking vital steps to help deliver a net-zero economy.
