Parship was acquired in April 2015 from Holtzbrinck Digital. Asthe inventor of scientific matchmaking in Europe, Parship has helped itsmembers since 2001 to find the right match for a happy long-term relationship.

In November 2015 Parship acquired Elite Partner its largestcompetitor to further consolidate Parship's market-leading position in the DACHregion. The Group has delivered strong organic growth and realised significantsynergies.

A controlling stake in Parship was sold to ProSiebenSat.1 inSeptember 2016.
