Aureos (previously Keltbray Infrastructure Services) is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure engineering services, facilitating the UK’s green energy transition. Aureos focusses on maintaining, upgrading and expanding the UK’s power, renewable energy and rail networks. Aureos was carved out from Keltbray Group having been established in 2009 as a separate infrastructure services division of its construction focussed parent.

EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in Aureos in August 2024 with key management shareholders who invested alongside us. EMK Capital invested in Aureos to further strengthen its leading market position in its core segments, to continue Aureos’ growth into new service capabilities, and to continue pursuing Aureos’ buy-and-build strategy in the UK and potentially internationally.
