Pinerock operates an asset light service model with a strict focus on niche end markets across RMI, building and insurance services, through recurring mandates, long-term framework arrangements and one-off contracts.

EMK Capital acquired a majority stake in Pinerock in September 2024 with key management and existing shareholders who invested alongside us. EMK Capital invested in the Group to strengthen its market position in its core segments as well as geographical coverage in Sweden and internationally, via an organic and acquisition-based growth strategy.
